The delivery person was courteous but lacked the necessary skills to install the wooden feet of the leather chair properly. He carelessly drilled the nails in crooked and even stripped the screws with his drill. While the leather chair itself is in good condition, the inexperience of some Ramos Furniture employees negatively impacted my overall experience with the company.
