After waiting in line for an extended period of time, we were disappointed to discover that our food was not up to par. Our order included three large fries and a Big Mac, but unfortunately, the fries were cold and the bun of the Big Mac was stale. This was not the level of quality that we had expected and it detracted from our overall dining experience.
To make matters worse, the Big Mac itself was burnt, which further diminished our enjoyment of the meal. Both the cold fries and the burnt sandwich were disappointing and detracted from what could have been a satisfying meal.
