The instructor, Torrey, was encouraging and had a positive attitude. They led a good workout sequence, and although I would have preferred a slightly different playlist with fewer club remixes, I still found the class to be enjoyable. Overall, I would take another class with Torrey.
Regarding the Y6 Sculpt & Flow class I took, the instructor was upbeat and had an effective workout sequence. The playlist could have been improved with fewer remixes, but it was still decent. Despite this, I would still consider taking another class with the same instructor due to their positive attitude and effective teaching style.
